Play Day FAQ's

  • What is a Play Day?

    • Play Days are an awesome opportunity to get started on the golf course. We know it can be scary for your first time on the course, especially if you the parent aren’t familiar with golf. By signing up for a Play Day, we’ll guide your child to get started on the golf course to make that transition easier without the pressure of keeping score like in a tournament.

    • Play Days are light on instruction as compared to our weekly golf classes. This program is more about supervising, mentoring and socializing. It will help introduce our young golfers with peers to build friendships and future playing partners. You’ll also learn many of the mysterious aspects of golf etiquette to make your next rounds of golf less intimidating. It’s also a great networking opportunity for parents to connect and set up future rounds of golf for their kids with their friends.

    • Play Days are only $15 for 1.5 hours of play time which is the least expensive playing program in the state. It’s about the cost of a round of golf on your own, not to mention you’ll be guided by a Gator Junior Golf coach and play with and meet kids of a similar skill level. If you are on scholarship, please email us for further information.
